Swindell Dressler provides a wide variety of process atmospheres including direct fired applications with controlled oxygen levels, inert atmosphere with extremely low oxygen levels, and reducing atmospheres. 
 
We currently have kilns in operation maintaining less than 2ppm oxygen for the duration of the firing cycles with temperatures up to 1300°C.
 
In our batch applications, we have developed a programmable cooling system that maintains the low oxygen atmosphere.
